ACCORDING TO WAYNE
NOTE: This is what works for me and makes me feel good. It might not suit you. I think the reason I achieve fat loss was because I wasn’t really trying. I wasn’t weighing myself so i actually think that helped.
I also now exercise 3x per week and not 4!
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MY DIET: This was from today – so you can see its different from the video – I change things up but you get the sort of plan I follow.
- Roasted Vegetables
Super Shake: same as Meal 1
- Quest Protein Bar
- Cottage Cheese
- Protein Powder (mixed in)
- Frozen Grapes
I follow this 6 days per week and on the 7th day i eat whatever i want for the whole day.
